Choosing a Domain Name Reseller Anyone can set up as a domain name reseller for $59, complete with all singing, all dancing website. There is a lot of money being made in the business. Possible criteria for choosing a reseller: 1) You like the website 2) The domain is $1 cheaper at a particular reseller 3) You buy all your domains from the same reseller 4) The reseller will be there next year and the year after, and the year after that at renewal time 1) What can I say? 2) Domains do vary in price from different resellers, but the difference in price is not large and should be a minor consideration. 3) It is a good idea to buy all your domains from the same source, it simplifies things at renewal time. You also avoid substantial deposits at 4 or 5 different resellers. 4) This is the most important consideration. You do not want your business to have sold out and sold you on to the next website. You have chosen your reseller carefully and you want to stay with the same company. You want a company with a reputation, who are not just in it for a quick buck.
